Hardware requirements

Minimal requirements for the computer
- 1 GB RAM or more
- reasonably fast processor
- graphics resolution 1280 x 1024 and 17″ monitor

Data acqisition hardware
- an analog input device with 16 bit resolution, that is supported by the National Instruments NI-DAQmx drivers is required
- optional lockin amplifier for step and integrate operation in the case of very weak signal (SR810 or SR830 from Stanford Research)
